Is this an official government permit?
No. It's a professional private translation of your licence in the international 12-language format, carried together with your licence. Sites that dodge this question in their FAQ answer it in their refund queue.
Will rental companies accept it?
In 150+ countries, rental desks need to read your licence — that's what the translation does. Where an official permit is legally mandated (Japan, South Korea, mainland China among others), no private document works, ours included. Check your country page before ordering.
How fast is it really?
Digital PDF: within 24 hours of your uploads clearing review. Printed booklet and card: 10–20 business days standard (included), 5–7 business days express (+$29).
What do you need from me?
A valid full licence (no learner permits), 18+, a portrait photo, licence front/back photos and your signature — all uploaded after payment, from your phone.
What if it's refused somewhere?
If you followed our country guidance and a desk still refuses the document, write to us with the details — refund, no interrogation. That's what the guarantee is for.
When does the term start?
