Who we are

IDP.click is operated by SF Market Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By placing an order on idp.click you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We produce and sell a private professional translation of your national driving licence, presented in the international 12-language layout, delivered as a printed booklet, a wallet card and/or a digital PDF. Our document is NOT a government-issued International Driving Permit, is not issued under the authority of any state, convention body or automobile association, and does not by itself grant any right to drive. It is designed to be carried together with your valid original licence.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the licence you submit is genuine, valid and yours; that you are at least 18 years old; and that you have checked the rules of your destination, including our country guidance, before ordering. Where local law requires the official government-issued permit, you must obtain it from the authorised body in your home country.

Order and acceptance

Your order is accepted when we assign an order number. Production starts after your documents pass our manual review. We may reject and refund any order at our discretion, including where submitted documents appear invalid, altered or not yours.

Delivery

Digital PDF: target within 24 hours of your documents clearing review. Printed materials: standard shipping (included) 10–20 business days; express 5–7 business days. Timelines are targets, not guarantees; customs and postal delays are outside our control.

Prices and payment

Prices are charged in US dollars via Stripe. Displayed conversions in other currencies are approximations. Your card statement will show IDP.CLICK.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for fines, rental refusals, missed travel or other indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
