What we collect

To produce your translation we collect: name, date of birth, contact details, licence details, a portrait photo, photos of your licence (front and back), your signature, and — for printed orders — a shipping address. We also record basic usage events (pages viewed, funnel variant, language, approximate country) to measure which version of our site works better.

What we do with it

Your data is used to produce your document, deliver it, answer your messages and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your identity documents for anything except producing your translation and verifying your order.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Files are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 object storage and D1 database). Email is used for delivery and order notices.

Retention

Identity documents (portrait, licence photos, signature) are kept while your document term is active so we can produce free replacements, then deleted within 12 months after expiry. You may request earlier deletion once your order is fulfilled; replacements then become unavailable.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time: hello@idp.click. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies by default. localStorage keys remember your language, currency and funnel assignment. If we later add measurement tags for advertising, they will be listed here first.
