Digital delivery

Your PDF is emailed within 24 hours of your documents clearing manual review. Check spam before writing in — then write in: hello@idp.click.

Standard shipping (included)

Tracked international mail, 10–20 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships.

Express shipping (+$29)

Courier delivery, 5–7 business days, available at checkout for printed packages.

Address accuracy

We print the address you enter. If a parcel returns to us because of an address error, we re-send at shipping cost. Tell us immediately if you spot an error — we can correct it until the parcel ships.

Customs

Printed translations are documents with no commercial value and normally clear customs without charges. Any exceptional local fee is the recipient's responsibility.
